The Training centers room is at your disposal from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 12:00 noon. The training center is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
We endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices both on our website, marketing material and other booking channels are accurate; however occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to your chosen reservation before you make your booking.
The price of your reservation and the terms upon which payment, changes and cancellations are made will vary according to your room, booking type and other factors, and you will be notified of these terms at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are subject to availability.
You may pay for your stay at our training center with all available methods, such as cash, credit card, money transfer or any other method to be accepted by us in the future. All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation, along with a minimum of 1 night’s accommodation. When booking the balance must be paid in cash or by card at the time of check-in.
Our cancelation policy is the following:
· Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days prior to the check-in date.
· 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days prior to the check-in date.
· No refund will be issued if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
To reserve a training, room, conference or other event with us, please follow the instructions on the website or direct make phone call to our hot line number. Please check the details of your reservation are correct before you submit your reservation request. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance of your reservation if you provide us with incorrect information.
Your reservation is confirmed and a binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with a confirmation with a valid confirmation number that will confirm the details of your reservation and will be sent to you. Upon receipt, if you believe that any details on the confirmation are wrong or if you require any changes to be made, you must contact us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later.
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation and decline to issue a confirmation at our absolute discretion.
The Website contains information about the rooms, facilities and services of the training center. While the training center will use all reasonable endeavor’s to ensure the accuracy of available information, the training center shall not be liable for any discrepancy, error or omission. The training center does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied of any kind regarding the information and shall not be liable for any damages that transpire whatsoever.
These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, apply to your booking with BURO Training Centers, owned by BURO Bangladesh. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions, references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.
When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Booking Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
By making a reservation, the first named person on the reservation agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the reservation that:
If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or another third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party, and training center has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party, including their observance of your data protection rights.
Please note that BURO Training Centers is owned by BURO Bangladesh, and all bookings and related services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the BURO Bangladesh.
